Turkish Get ups with 20 lb Kettlebell x10
Forms again, each x3
Windmills, same Kettle bell x10
Forms each x3
20 Kettlebell swings, sprint my back yard, 10 burpees, walk back to the kettlebell. x5
Forms again each x3

  1. Wow. Okay, okay. This is the workout I will choose, not because I think I can do it, but because I think I will do it. But I need to substitute the kettle bell pieces with something suitable. Not only do I not have a kettle bell, I also do not know the proper form. Practicing tournament forms will do me no good if I drop something heavy on my head during a Turkish getup or a windmill! Sunday. It will still be June on Sunday.

    And I suppose we should re-post once we have done someone else's workout?
