What? You thought it was over?

Need I remind you that there is no off switch on a tiger?

I've been working on my stance goal. 10 minutes of legs parallel horse stance.

A stance that low is not practical for fighting, but the physical goal of achieving this is what I'm going for. It requires muscular endurance, and mental toughness.

I am alternating between holding the stance and resting. Right now I can do 9 sets of 35 seconds, with 9, 25 second rests, followed by 40 seconds of holding the stance, then a day of rest.
