time

It is a bit hard to fit the stuff in to our schedule some times I wait for the weekends and do them then and some times not.  How do you guys fit it in???

  1. I use different strategies from day to day. Sometimes I set aside a certain time to do my stuff, other times I spread it out through the day. It's sometimes hard to sit down and do 100 pushups and situps, but it is easy to sit down and do 10. Sometimes I'll do my stances in two sessions, doing 30 seconds for all ten, then later doing that again. With my daughter around, I sometimes even have to do part of a form and finish it later.
