Secondly (this may come as a surprise) the last few days, I have not kept up with my 10 tigers work. I accept this, and will get back on that horse as soon as my shoulders recover from moving the training floor.

Hard work becomes a pleasure when the company is so good. Thank you for having strength, flexibility and, probably most of all, a durable sense of humor.
ReplyDeleteAnd how wide was that leap you made anyway?
I can relate to doing heavy (and I mean heavy!) labor and then trying to find enough energy left in yourself to do your ten tigers workout. Speaking for myself, I have found that I have 2 energy sources. One is the everyday normal engine that drives me. I fuel it with food every day (well, usually every day), I keep it going by exercising it, and it recovers overnight with adequate rest. Then there's that deep core of energy. This is not so easy to restore. When you tap into that, it takes a little while to recharge it if you use too much. A good rest though generally makes me feel stronger after I've recovered. Hopefully you will feel much stronger and ready to tame the tiger again.
