The challenge of the program for me now, is just staying caught up, I keep falling behind, then working to catch up, then falling behind.
Discipline and determination shall pull me through, I must avoid allowing frustration to put me in a "quitter" mentality, that will just get me further behind.

Steven, of all the ten tigers members, you have more requirements by far. Not only must you complete the personal portions of the program but you must administer all of the private lessons also. With four other members, that in itself is an achievement. Then consider the monthly meetings, the planning and arrangements that you make to ensure we are getting a well rounded training program. You are taking the time to support and motivate us. Considering the amount of planning and coordination it takes to do all of those things, I'm sure I speak for all that it is understandable for you to get behind and struggle to stay current. I think that all of us are behind in at least one aspect of this program. The great thing is, we are all learning lessons in ways we didn't expect and from sources unimagined. "Quitter" is not a word I would ever associate with any tiger, let alone you. Quitters would have quit months ago, if they even started the program to begin with.

ReplyDeleteThank you Dean. I think he forgets sometimes that he is allowed to be human, and it does my heart good to hear his students appreciation for all his hard work, dedication, and inspiration.
