Apologies...

I feel the need to apologize for my lack of posts. My current algebra class has been very demanding of my time. Another horrible headache as well as 2 Capstone assignments has kept me from making it to class tonight. Believe me, I would much rather be working on Fu Hok. My throbbing eyeballs are telling me to cut this short. I hope to see you all on Thursday. Take care of yourselves and wish me luck on my finals this week.

    Sometimes life gets in the way of life, and it sounds like you are prioritizing and taking care of yourself as much as it is possible to do.

    I hope that your headaches don't have a physical cause. Are you drinking enough water, taking in enough calories in this heat? Sounds like brain food is important too, since you are using up so much energy on this math!

    Fu Hok will wait. Kung fu is a personal thing. When we are ready, it is always there. It has been there for many hundreds of years.
